Cleaning and care
Cleaning and care
For everyday care, our rugs love a good vacuum or shake to remove general debris. Light marks can be lifted with a little detergent and a white cloth, leaving your rug looking fresh in minutes. When it’s time for a deeper clean, machine wash at 40 degrees using a non-bio detergent.
For larger rugs (over 180 x 120cm), we recommend a quick wash at your local launderette, as they can be a squeeze in a domestic machine.
Our rugs emerge from the washing machine virtually dry, so simply hang on the line to fully air dry. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.
Microfibres
While the majority of our products are fully machine washable, we urge you to only do so when they really need it. This small step will significantly reduce the impact of microfibre shedding and prolong the life of your products. Read more about that here: Tackling Microfibres.

Have had the Artemis rug for a few months now and absolutely love it. We have a large family and big, bouncy puppy, and it's wearing really well. Easy enough to spot clean the odd spill.
The rug is a little less vibrant than the online pics, but it's still lovely!
Delivery was prompt but the rug arrived creased and wouldn't not lie flat on my existing underlay. I contacted the commpany and they Immediately provided their own underlay which solved the problem. Amazing customer service.

The rug arrived promptly in a great paper bag which was promptly used for a primary school costume! The rug is gorgeous and I'm tempted with plenty more. The colours are subtle and it feels like it will last the comings and goings of the day. Thank you, I'll be back!
Lovely colourful /quality rug. Dispatch was quick but the delivery was not good- DHL delivery , out for delivery on 3 separate days even though I waited in. They claimed nobody in even though I could see the tracking. Would recommend weaver green use a different delivery .
