If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 14 working days of receipt and in new, unused condition for a full refund, excluding any delivery charges.

Cleaning and care

For everyday care, our rugs love a good vacuum or shake to remove general debris. Light marks can be lifted with a little detergent and a white cloth, leaving your rug looking fresh in minutes. When it’s time for a deeper clean, machine wash at 40 degrees using a non-bio detergent.

For larger rugs (over 180 x 120cm), we recommend a quick wash at your local launderette, as they can be a squeeze in a domestic machine.

Our rugs emerge from the washing machine virtually dry, so simply hang on the line to fully air dry. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.

Microfibres

While the majority of our products are fully machine washable, we urge you to only do so when they really need it. This small step will significantly reduce the impact of microfibre shedding and prolong the life of your products. Read more about that here: Tackling Microfibres.

Pilling

Our recycled plastic yarn is designed to look and feel every bit as soft and luxurious as wool. As with wool and natural fibres some pilling can occur, as can some yarn snagging though these are usually easy to repair.

As with all wool products that pill after use, we recommend using a pilling comb or fabric trimmer as and where needed. This will remove the bobbles and freshen up the look of your rug in no time.

Our Fairisle Red Rugs are super soft underfoot, beautifully detailed, and uplifting. Featuring complex and creative patterns, each rug is skillfully hand-loomed in alternating stripes and distinctive motifs. Offering a lovely thick and squishy feel, these open-weave rugs are best enjoyed in bedrooms, bathrooms, living rooms, and under bare feet.

Perfect for lifting dark corners and hallways, Fairisle Red Rugs are machine washable, UV stable and come in a choice of five sizes. The smallest size is perfect for bathrooms or as a low-maintenance door mat, or use runner rugs in upstairs corridors for a cosy, quiet layer underfoot.

Wonderfully woven

Each Weaver Green rug is skillfully hand-loomed by craftspeople who are paid fairly and provided with comfortable working conditions.
