Refund policy
We want you to feel completely at home with your order but if something’s not quite right, returning it is easy.
28-Day Returns
We offer 28 days to return or exchange your item – including sale items.
Just make sure items are unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition with tags and ribbons still attached. All underlay should still have the backing attached.
Exchanges
If you’d prefer a different size, colour or style, we’re happy to help. Just pop your request on the returns form or email us. As soon as your return arrives, we’ll send out the replacement with no extra delivery charge.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us, we’ll process your refund within 14 days back to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we can’t refund delivery charges unless the product was faulty.
If an item’s been handled beyond what’s reasonable for trying it at home, we may make a small deduction to reflect that.
How to Return
- Complete the Returns Form which was included with your order. Ensure to include your contact details.
- Pack the Returns Form and item securely – unused and in original condition, ideally in original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty, the return postage is your responsibility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If something’s not as it should be, we’ll make it right. You’re entitled to a return and full refund for faulty or misdescribed items within 30 days. We’ll cover return postage for anything that’s faulty or incorrect.
Items We Can’t Accept Back
We can’t accept returns on:
- Cut-to-length underlay
- Underlay with backing plastic sheet removed
- Products used outdoors or damaged after delivery
If any of these items arrive faulty, your rights still apply – we’ll always put that right.
Showroom Returns
For items that have been purchased from our Devon showroom, please return directly to the showroom or contact us.
Christmas Extended Returns
All orders placed between 1st November and 24th December qualify for our extended Christmas returns. You’ll have until 31 January 2026 to return or exchange your item, as long as it’s unused and in re-saleable condition.
