We want you to love your Weaver Green products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 14 working days of receipt and in new, unused condition for a full refund, excluding any delivery charges.
How to return an item to Weaver Green
To initiate the return of your order, please complete the following the steps:
1. If necessary, contact us to inform us of your return
2. Complete the enclosed Returns Form that was included with your order
3. Post the item(s) to the return delivery address provided
Once we’ve received your item(s) we will process the return as efficiently as possible. Please be aware that there are presently small delays in issuing refunds due to Covid-19 guidelines and the need to allow all returns a quarantine period to keep our practices safe and adhere to the latest advice.
Please be careful to post your return to the correct return address (Unit 14, Hearder Court, Beechwood Way, Language Business Park, Plympton, PL7 5HH) and not our sales office. Unfortunately, failing to do so may lead to a further delay in processing your return.
We aim to refund all orders within 30 days of receiving the goods back. Please note, you are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage to the goods you are returning. We recommend taking out enough postal insurance to cover their value in the event of a mishap during transit back to our warehouse.
Our returns policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in a saleable condition. As the returner, it is your responsibility to pay for the cost of returning your items to our warehouse.
If you are returning your item for an exchange, we will process your exchange without additional postal charges. If you are returning your item for a refund, please note that we do not refund any postage paid on the original order.

Orders made between November 1st and Christmas are subject to our extended Christmas returns policy. All orders placed within this period will have until January 31st 2022 to return for a full refund or exchange (please note this does not apply to our ottomans). All items must be returned with tags and in re-saleable condition.
