Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 14 working days of receipt and in new, unused condition for a full refund, excluding any delivery charges.

Cleaning and care

Washing

Our linen look bags and beach bags are machine washable. Just shake out any debris and wash them in a 30-40 degree wash with non-biological washing detergent.

Our bags emerge from the washing machine virtually dry, so simply hang on the line to fully air dry. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.

Microfibres

While the majority of our products are fully machine washable, we urge you to only do so when they really need it. This small step will significantly reduce the impact of microfibre shedding and prolong the life of your products. Read more about that here: Tackling Microfibres.

Pilling

Our recycled plastic yarn is designed to look and feel every bit as soft and luxurious as French linen. That means some pilling may occur over time.

As with all products that pill after use, we recommend using a pilling comb or fabric trimmer as and where needed.

Big enough for all of your essentials and plenty more, our Mora Gooseberry Bags feature leather straps, a leather printed Weaver Green badge and a white diamond pattern.

Made using the same recycled plastic fabric that we use to make our rugs and cushions; these mustard yellow shopper bags have the look and feel of natural wool but are hard-wearing, stain-resistant and incredibly easy to clean.

Putting a small dent in the single-use plastic problem, each bag is handwoven by craftsmen and women from approximately 150 recycled plastic bottles.

Measurements are approx. 35cm tall x 37cm wide. The handle drop is approx. 25cm.
