Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 14 working days of receipt and in new, unused condition for a full refund, excluding any delivery charges.

Cleaning and care

Washing

Shake off any loose debris then either hand wash with a light detergent or pop our blankets in the washing machine on a 40 degree cycle using non-biological washing detergent.

Allow to air dry naturally. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.

Microfibres

While the majority of our products are fully machine washable, we urge you to only do so when they really need it. This small step will significantly reduce the impact of microfibre shedding and prolong the life of your products. Read more about that here: Tackling Microfibres.

Pilling

Our recycled plastic yarn is designed to look and feel every bit as soft and luxurious as wool and cotton. As with wool and natural fibres some pilling can occur, as can some yarn snagging though these are usually easy to repair.

As with all products that pill after use, we recommend using a pilling comb or fabric trimmer as and where needed.

The light spongy effect allows the underlay and the rug to breathe, with no risk of oxidation or discolouration to any flooring surface.

When placing on top of carpeting, place the underlay black side down.

When placing on smooth flooring, place the underlay grey side down.

Cleaning guide: Vacuum loose debris on a low setting on your hoover. The underlay is easy to reposition once areas underneath and around are cleaned.
