Our couriers and delivery drivers are committed to delivering your Weaver Green parcels safely. As a result, they have updated their services to be 'contact free' during this time and will make deliveries to your door or a safe place without requiring a signature.
The final order date for pre-Christmas delivery is Friday 17th December. Orders made after that date, cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas, however we will always try our best to dispatch them in time.
Orders made between November 1st and Christmas are subject to our extended Christmas returns policy. All orders placed within this period will have until January 31st 2022 to return for a full refund or exchange (please note this does not apply to our ottomans). All items must be returned with tags and in re-saleable condition.
Deliveries within the UK, N.Ireland, Scotland, Jersey and Guernsey will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed.
Whenever possible, goods will be dispatched by Courier post within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase, however, due to high levels of demand some orders may experience a slight delay. Current delivery times are 7-10 working days from the date of purchase, in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can look into this for you.
Due to our delivery being outsourced, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery, so please allow for this. Please bear in mind there may be delays when ordering over weekends and national holidays when placing your order. If an order is needed for a definite date, please contact us prior to ordering, so we can advise beforehand.
In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative.
We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.
EU & Worldwide Deliveries
Due to the uncertainties around Brexit we are not currently offering delivery outside of the UK. We will be reviewing the situation in the New Year and look forward to being able to offer international delivery options in the future.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, excluding any delivery charges incurred. For full details on how to return an item for refund or exchange, see our Returns Policy page.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. We would expect the purchaser to cover the cost of return postage to us. We would make any exchange without additional postal charges from us.
In the event of a return of goods for a refund, we do not refund any postage paid on the original order.
